I Am Thankful For What I Have

I keep a gratitude-book, which is simply a writing book dedicated to writing down things I am grateful for. Every morning I jot down at least a couple things, and every evening I fill in these 3 sentences:
"In my life I a, grateful for..."
"In my day I am grateful for..."
"In myself I am grateful for..."

I will raise my children (when I have them soon) to do the same, I'll have them just fill in the 3 sentences each evening.
I recommend this to everyone, however you wish to do it, but the more Gratitude you feel the higher you will vibrate.
