@Burnley123 Hahaha, nah I don't harbour ill will towards either band. I never 'got' Arcade Fire (who are basically Canadian royalty) and Mumford & Sons just suffer from being the musical equivalent of a "Live Laugh Love" sign with the dangerous corners filed off.

@CountScrofula I did like arcade fire but they went shit after their second album. That North American log-cabin hobo thing these bands do plays well with British indie kids from time to time. I guess in a way it was REM who kind of started it.

@Hoodski I'd just say 'string band with horns' - there's a couple of songs we play that are very bluegrassy but a lot that aren't. If I pick up a mandolin it'll be a little closer.
