I Have Experienced Loss

Not having a good day. Was irritable and on edge. Flashes of past times together. Random moments; great times. Too soon to find solace in the remembrance of those moments. Each one like a hard punch in the gut. A long hug from my boy was the only refuge from it all. SW a decent distraction as well. Could not wait to take it down for the night though. Hopefully tomorrow will be better...
