I just endured the hardest 5 minutes on my Elliptical ever

My legs feel like jello! I know I know most people go 20 minutes! Not me I'm 100lbs overweight and I'm taking baby steps to get back into shape! I work out on the elliptical for 5 minutes 4 times a day to get my 20 minutes in. But this last one was a dousie! I have also been tracking my calorie intake on my fitness pal app so far so good! So far in just over a week I have lost 3 lbs! I just hope to continue to lose weight, wish me luck!

Maybe 4 times in a day a bit much?

Congratulations and good on you. Starting is the hardest part. The journey to lose 100lbs may be longer than you hope, but you can do it!

@VeronicaJane I'm giving myself a year to get back into the shape that I was in my 20's!! There are many 40 year olds who are healthier now than they were before!
