I Have Been to Therapy

When you have anxiety, one of the hardest things is figuring out what is a gut feeling and what is just an over reaction. I think I've said it before but anxiety is like an allergy, your body reacts to things as if it's in danger when it really isn't. It can be very difficult to navigate every day life in such a high state of alert.

@LonelyWelshman Thanks I'll give it a listen. I am a fan of Alan Watts stuff too, I listen to and read so much on these subjects but I just can't seem to budge some of the reactions I have. They seem buried very deeply and I'm unsure how to reach them.
