I Need Advice

I feel like the answer should be simple but I just need a second opinion. Last weekend I moved back home from college and my "college best friend" didn't even say goodbye when she knew I was leaving town 6hours away. I even told her but she just said we should hang out and that "life got in the way" but plans were never made.

She said she doesn't have time hang out but yet she went to raves and banquets with her frat friends along with her bf. It seems like her frat changed her cause she's more negative. I was barely able to get texts back from her cause either her phone "wasn't working", glitched, etc. Excuses.

I'm thinking of blocking her number and unfriending her on FB. Except idk if it's too soon for that. What do you think?
