I Have Something I Want to Say

We need to learn to accept and love ourselves for who we are.
Once one learns to accept that they are not perfect, then they can work on loving themselves.
Don't confuse knowing one is imperfect with accepting that imperfection.

Stirve for the perfection. But accept who we are, as we are.

I struggle in the sense of confidence. However I walk and appear to have it all together, I am a pit of not only my own regret but also those around me that I feel empathy for. How does one accept the person they hate most, themself, and start the healing process?

@wanderingnotlost365 What I did is stopped all associations with negative people, People.who put themselves and or others down
Then started hanging out with positive people
I started doing good deeds, helling others out just for.the sake of helping.
I began doing the whole random acts of kindness thing.

I change my WHOLE.media platform.
Stood listening to negative music, thing like death core metal black metal, songs that out others down, film d with derogatory statements.
Negative movies were removed as well.

And I replaced it with upbeat, positive motivational materiel instead.
I literally looked at my.self in the mirror and told.my reflection, things like, ",I love you.
You are loved. You will overcome. You deserve love"

That was the start of it.
