Probably. They'd have to travel at near-light speeds to take advantage of the time dilation effect to be able to make the journey in their lifetime.

Not possible even at the speed of light it takes around 50 million years to reach Andromida Galaxy

@MrLuck: Time stops for an object travelling at the speed of light so the traveller wouldn't age. Look up the 'time dilation effect'.
