I Am Introspective

From extreme negativity, I moved to being neutral for an extended period, now I feel the need to move to the positive...

I wonder if anyone else had to go through such changes.

I DID BUT THEN WHEN I FEEL AND THINK LIKE I AM OKAY.. THAT I CAN HANDLE THIS NEGATIVITY (PARTICULARLY THE HATE) SUDDENLY, IN INSTANT I CAN ALWAYS GO BACK TO BEING SO PESSIMISTIC. INDEED THEY ARE RIGHT- THE MOST DIFFICULT ENEMY IS YOURSELF
