Hi IIP, So what is the reason for your pain? Were you abused as a child or did you have a harsh childhood or was it something else? You seem pretty young to harbour such sombre thoughts and suffer the kind of pain you obviously seem to be steeped in. Have you tried counselling or other professional help? I guess life is too short to have to be burdened with the kind of negative mind set that you are carrying around. My own experience has been that sad feelings and depression feed on themselves. Yes I have suffered from mild depression and I have found that one likes to wallow in it as it gives you some kind of pleasure all the while that you are in the throes of depression. However I have managed to control my feelings and have mostly been able to get rid of depressed feelings and when I find myself slipping into a depressed mood I just try and psych myself into feeling good and refuse to dwell on the reason for the depression. I wont say it is easy but it is something worthwhile trying and the fact is that depression does no one any good. If you have a serious problem with depression I would suggest consulting a psychiatrist and maybe getting some medication for helping you overcome the problem. Most of such problems are due to the imbalance of hormones within us but I guess you would know that already.
