@UncleJlovesbrazil Over a desk or bending over. We only got spanked OTK by hand in infants' and first year junior schools. Sometime bare in infants' school but just skirt up in juniors'.

At home I got spanked mostly with a plimsoll while bent over a chair, always bare bottom.

I never got it otk from teachers and never by the principal, who WAS allowed to spank OTK and deliver as many spanks a he saw fit!
I was also spanked by two different dorm fathers, both OTK and one bare!

Most communication was through HAM radio. So, they kept a record of punishments given and shared in PTA meetings.
In order to be accepted, all parents had to sign a consent form agreeing with school policies, which included spankings from teachers as well as from the principal and dorm parents. Those were always OTK and as many spanks as they thought necessary.
