teachers in my school could not take down pants but they could smack over them. My teacher could still make our bottoms sting even over the pants

@nevergiveup My dad was the same way. Niether parent has to bare my bottom since they spanked in anger so I felt every blow.
Mom used a paddle, Dad used his "iron" (extremely heavy) hand.
