I Idk

i really need someone to hear me out i have a problem . so for the past month my daughter who is 6 refuses to come back home she spends her time at her grandma;s my mom . i have tried to pick her up numerous times and my mom acts stupid like my daughter is her kid and won't let her go or something . my child starts crying and saying she doesn't want to go home with me and now she is calling my mom mommy and my brother daddy they are all crazy . i just want to get my child out of there . idk what to do . they have teamed up on me not letting me take my own kid home . i called my daughter today and she was really mean on the phone to me it's breaking my heart iv'e been alone for a month and it's depressed me . i just want go get her i know she being coached to say these things to me . i feel so alone isk why they are doing this to me . i just need some advice
Either go over there and fetch her home or send the cops over there to fetch her home - one way or the other she needs to be where she belongs whether she likes it or not.

Well time for you to crotch up and take your kid home, then don't let her over there until you set boundaries with your mom and brother.

You definitely need to address your situation with your mom. You need to let her know in no uncertain terms you will be picking up your daughter and taking her home. If there is resistance you will call the police. Sometimes you need to get tough with family. I hope it all works out for you.

If you have custody why is this an issue? You take your daughter home. A child that age doesn’t make the decisions.

@tired27 it’s time to take your daughter home and start having a healthy relationship with her.
