I Think Some People Shouldn't Have Kids
It's evening at he wants to play with someone. The 4 year old tugs at his dad who's on the couch watching a a movie. "Go play Conner...okay?"
Conner picks up two small toy trucks out from his jumbled assortment of toys.
With trucks in his hands he walk up to his uncle who's visiting and is on the phone."Kenny...play okay?"
"Not right now okay?....uncle Kenny is busy...maybe later okay?"
He drops the trucks on the floor...realizing nobody wants to play truck....maybe they're too boring. He grabs his mom who just finished the laundry and drags her to their room, hands her a Nitendo remote. "Mom....play?"
His mom could use a few moments of playtime and powers up the Wii U and start Mario Kart 8. The little one has mom choose the same character and kart and wheels as him. He likes an even ccompetition.
They race...his mom laughing as Conner tries his best with the awkward controls in his small hands. Conners Mario seems to take a scenic route and falls off the track.
"Oh man!", he sighs as he places 12th again. "It's okay...we'll race again tomorrow but time for bed now ".....his mom hugs him...he smiles to the very one person who will always be there for him.
