I Think Some People Shouldn't Have Kids

I might be one of those people that shouldn't have kids....

Me dealing with my 4 year old nephew.

4: Can I have a pop tart?

Me: We're going to eat lunch soon

4: I'll just eat the poptart for lunch.

Me: Fine but at least have a strawberry one and forget the poptart part when your mom gets here.

Actually you sound like someone who might raise a well-adjusted practical kid....

I remember when my three were young, mom had to go on a trip and while she was gone I worked nights and took care of my youngin's. One morning, I feed them chocolate cake (it was made of flour "like pancakes" had eggs in it, ect.) which they seemed to enjoy.

Then when mom returned, they squealed on me....

Moral: kids love to eat stuff and they don't care about social constructs, but they can't keep secrets....

@sunrisehawk I know. He told on me for giving him juice, but I mixed it half with water. (He didn't know.)
