Any runners/joggers here? What do you do to prevent dizziness or tiredness after running?

I kept feeling tired next day after workout

Not necessarily quantity more what you are having. Stay away from high sugar sports drinks..Maybe just try more slow release carbs??@JBird

@SW-User @JBird And more protein. My brother and I run track and if we dont get enough protein after a meet we're usually feeling horrible the next day cause we're trying to repair. Lean protein and complex carbs after a workout should help.

I have a chronic illness so ANY time I jog, I MUST crash for a while after. At least an hour nap. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome drains me faster than a normal person.

Include more protein in your diet, be hydrated. And most important, increase gradually, don't over do.
I never run. I try to walk regularly though.
