I Prefer Real Books Over Digital Books
During those dark nights when I am crushing rock bottom, I hold on to God and to those powerful books that He subtlely linked to read.
There were those moments when I have been asked by a priest to stop reading the book entitled Exorcism/b].
I have realized those books were God's instrument to made me realize the state of my soul then. Followed by more spiritual books like [b]The Alchemist and Pilgrimage!
Up to the Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale! This book is one of my favorites! After I passed my board exam I hit depression but I need to continue with my goals because there were expectations. Through that book, I was able to pass and get my licenses! Indeed, it is a powerful book!
I had tried reading books that relates to my real experiences in life. Another book that made me realize about life was the Tuesdays with Morrie, I know I am going lose my Nanay and the elders in our family. I know every time God will send me a book to read I know He wants me to get the message and wisdom behind the pain of loss.
Subsequently, I had my golden tragedy and awakening, I accidentally read The Divine Comedy! It explains the reality of this earth in spiritual plane! I thought I am about to die when I finished reading Paradiso, it so happen I never finished the last book yet...and am still alive!
Now, I am trying my best to read the 7 Habits as per recommended by my first love.
I bought this book out from my excess allowance six years ago. I have tried reading few chapters but now am committed to read everything. I wonder what is God's revelation to this read! Maybe my upcoming future and marriage!
Books are amazing, so is God!
