That varies from person to person. It's not supposed to be a regular thing and can be caused by many things including being a diabetic and not everyone who experiences it will have the same symptoms. Some don't have symptoms at all. It's best to get more information on this from a medical professional/expert so that they can further assist you.

just wash with warm water regularly you'll be fine

It happens when the bacteria in your vagina gets out of balance can happen if you are taking antibiotics. Don't stress about it though.
