I Appreciate Good Customer Service
I respect my family doctors. They listen to me and they never rush me. They take in all past and current symptoms in considerations. They understand any informations can change the medications.They understand my heath conditions, and what I need to stay healthy. They understand the patients are the source of information and knowledgeable of what works for their specific body. They understand that medications work differently on different bodies so what the patients have to say are important for the right medications.
They understand the patients can possibly self diagnose themselves if the past medications cure the past symptoms. You think about it. It is the patient’s own body. Medication effectiveness varies spending on different people. Some medications do not work on some people. Some people need higher doses than the usual dose of medications. They feel it. They feel the pain and they feel the affect of the medications. They know what works and what does not work. Listening to the patient is important.
My Doctors are not only about only making money. They truly care about their patients. They always respect their patients. They understand the worse service is by a doctor. You think about. You explain yourself to buy the right product(Medications). You ask many questions. You are never trying to doubt anyone. You are only caring about your health and you are only being responsible. Could you imagined being treated any less? Could you imagined being screamed at and your were sick as hell? It is unprofessional. Out of all the careers, doctors need to offer the best customer services too. They need to love people the most. People are sick. This career is about caring for people. If they are only there for the money, there are other careers that make much more money.
I am happy my Dr is patient, caring, kind, understanding and professional . He listens and trusts me. He refer back to my medical history. It is actually hard to find good & understanding doctor. I heard many people experiencing rudeness, belittling, prejudice and discriminations from doctors.
