I Appreciate Good Customer Service

I appreciate people working in the customer service industry. They are good people genuinely loving to help others. I respect them for always being patient, and doing their best to assist clients when tasks are imperfectly following through. She did not made it a big deal as if I did it on purpose. She was never loud; she was a professional and confidential. She understands people make mistakes sometimes. It is life. We simply move on.

I accidentally came late to the appointment and I apologised for being late. It was never my intention. The wonderful women was assuring me it is all good. I need to make a call next time though. She did not rushed me. She understands no one wants to be late on purpose. She was not rude by making unnecessary comments about why something was incomplete; she never loudly questioned why this, why that, why not, etc. She asked progressive questions. Any issues was never blown out of proportions. We only kept optimistically moving forward. It was never about her time. She understands people’s lives are busy and people are complicated. She was not frustrated; she was in controlled. Her vibes were calming, yet diligent. She was not distracted by her coworkers’s businesses.


I felt welcomed, relaxed and appreciated. She has excellent customer service skills and people skills. She was authentic, patient, understanding, focused, kind, optimistic, considerate, polite, lovely, professional, selfless, and helpful. She makes me, others and environment feel happy in general. It is not just a job for her. She cares about others. You can tell she legitimately loves every parts of her career and helping people in general. She is valuable and she ideal for the position. I cannot want to return again.
