I Hate the Phone Company

I moved here about 8 years ago and I've had troubles with my broadband ever since. I tried a heap of times to get them to do an investigation of the problem but they always said "your phone is working fine, we don't know what the problem is, it must be in your house". After 8 years it's finally sorted out. It took my phone dropping out for them to take me seriously. I guess it was a simple loose connection somewhere and it was easy to fix, I just had to get a technician to do it. I'm finally getting decent internet speed, yay.
