I burned my right hand pretty bad this morning.

It is making it hard to type and my finger tips and top of my palm is super red. I grabbed the handle on a pan and it was super hot. I ended up throwing the pan and screaming. Not one of my shinning moments for sure.

@ExperienceDLT I used lavender and coconut oil. It helps, but still stings.

@KickfaceK it will hurt for a while any burn does but hopefully it gets better

@ExperienceDLT I'm just grateful it has gotten better since this morning. I thought I'd always feel that bad after the first hour. It was awful.
