I Hate Pain

The upper right side of my back has been killing me for weeks and I don't know what caused it. When it first started, it was so painful I could hardly get up. Sitting down and getting up became a chore. The strangest thing out of this was I'd laugh when I was in extreme pain. This week however, it seems like my back has gotten a little better, though I still can't bend my neck down without some pain radiating in my back, only time will tell when this mysterious pain finally leaves me be.
