I Ve Had a Bad Day Today

So after waking up just after 3am instead of when my alarm went off at 5.30, I missed my train to university (luckily I still made it on time), by which point my head, chest and back hurt so much it practically crippled me and brought me to tears, I then had to spend half of the day in lectures and doing work that ideally should have been done 3 weeks ago, traveled back to my home town again (I have to commute every day to a couple of cities over to get to uni) resulting in a panic attack, went to my mother's where I was insulted within 2 minutes of walking through the door, then this evening before I managed to get back to my flat to complete more uni work, I had to deal with the fact that someone tried to break into my mother's house. The end hasn't even ended and I still have so much to do it's almost shocking. FML.

Awwwww It has been a rough day. Do something kind for yourself tonight.

Wish I could but going to my mother's house then dealing with all the stuff that happened regarding the attempted break in has set me back about 4 hours as it is so it looks like an all nighter completing uni assignments.

Well, have a cup of hot chocolate or something, at the least. I have my Bachelor's in Education, and had several health challenges while doing it. So it took 10 years. You can do this.

@Eeyore122: thanks for your confidence :)

Of course. Whomever says this is "The most wonderful time of the Year" has never been in college/uni...

hahaha yeah or lived in a large concrete block of flats with no real heating :)

Fun. I did that too. I'm in Wisconsin- at my first college, I got super confused about my thermostat. Found out months into winter, it was in fact, installed BACKWARDS. So I had my windows open , and wore summer PJs or froze until they figured it out.

that's a nightmare. My thermostat isn't installed backwards, it's just my heaters are too expensive to run and I need heat all the time. I live in England but even in the summer when most people are chilling out in shorts and t-shirts or going to the beach in bikinis I'm usually still cold, wrapped up in at least a hoodie if not a leather jacket too haha.

Yeah, I lived in fear of middle-of-the-night fire drills. Oh, that stinks. I am sorry if I am distracting you from school?

@Eeyore122: hey that's cool, you weren't distracting me. Thank you for your comments, I think they helped :)
