I Feel Too Many Feels

I feel... Broken
Make friends with your broken feelings. Sit with them, hold them, be vulnerable to them, emote with and about them. Share your feelings with a trusted friend. Allow yourself to find out what unconscious beliefs you're holding on to which lead you to your feelings of brokenness.

The beliefs were useful at one point in your life. They kept you in a cage that protected you from danger. But now, they're keeping you in that cage and not letting you experience your life fully.

You can break out of your cage if you have an intention to let go of your victim mentality. And if you don't think you're caught in victim mentality, then why do you think you feel broken?
