I Would Like To Share A Solution
Right! Yah gonna luv this (UK residents). Wanna refund a small item but you cannot refund due to "Open package" or "Removed tag?" Simply take your receipt and return the "unrefundable" item back.
Ok! Now quietly replace the item somewhere on the shelf, pick up brand new same item in stock and ask for refund. Whether it's Trousers, pack of underwear or packed blank DVD's it's worth it. You'd think they would know after scanning but trust! They don't!
Although I used this method three times I would NEVER steal. So don't simply pick an item in store n refund it, when u have it at home!
