I am learning to not fold and not to give in to sometimey people for the sake of being the bigger person/courteous etc

Im usually the first to speak all the time.

There are a few coworkers that will only speak to me if I speak to them first. One (whom I'll see every now and then, doesn't even respond, even though he's looking RIGHT at me).

I am getting comfortable with walking right past folks and not feeling compelled to say anything.

A few weeks ago, the guy I mentioned above was fronting, trying to converse with me while another coworker was present.
I kept it VERY short.

I'm not sure what it is with some people but I'm done trying to figure it out
