I Want to Buy a House

Just in the final stages of buying my first house! Just need to sign, hand over the cash and exchange contracts. What an emotional rollercoaster it's been. The delight and joy and feelings of when you view a house to the deep anxiety of getting the mortgage approved and then there the wait oh the long wait all while I feel an nervous excitement building up.
