You must be new. SW started out with that ability when gifts were first available. But people abused it and used it to bully other posters, unfortunately. So, they took it away; you missed it.

I have never used this feature before. I wanted to use it a few days ago my first time and thought I am too stupid for that!

But I can understand that SW has closed this feature. It's really distinguished when you open a gift and you'll find something bad or a hateful message inside - anonymously. That's ABSOLUTELY mean!! 馃槙
