Have you ever sued anybody? What would it take for you to sue?

We don't really sue people where I live. I'd probably just deliver a cutting barb or post raw prawns through their front door while they were on holiday.

Property damage.

If I felt they had done something very negligent and I did not believe they cared about their lack of responsibility. Something like where that restaurant owner used peanut oil to cook with and when asked by someone with a peanut allergy if there were any in the dish said no and the customer died. That is unacceptable.
