I have to get a mri tomorrow and I never had one done i'm scared

@Vgore0304: They'll stop the machine and pull you out if it's too much. The first time I had it done I worked myself up into a panic almost but now it's nothing to it. Just focus on the music and look into the mirror and control your breathing. I hope everything is good. Let us know how it goes.
Dont get nervous. Just relax, if u feel any discomfort u can tell them and will pause the machine.. dont worry😊

I've had MRIs, MRAs and all kinds of x-rays. The worst is a bone density scan.

No worries it's just a speacial X-ray sometimes they even let u listen to music

MRI's don't hurt. Nothing to be afraid of. I'v had 4 of them. No big deal.
