We are blaming the rules that we feel forced to adhere to or watch the trainwreck of things happening helplessly.

@Firespirit: Indeed. It is why people will always be stuck in this loop of what 'powerful' dictates. It would have to take something really drastic for people to revolt against what there is.

We'd all like to think the blame lies with 'the other guy'.
Sad truth is most folk don't take enough of an interest unless they feel it affects them personally.
This is often how bad laws or poor planning from local councils come about.
People just don't care enough to want to know !
