Who discovered milk?

First, they probably noticed that the calves got healthy when they drank from there. It's not a long stretch to think that it might be nutritious. Especially if a mother died giving birth and the baby would die if they couldn't feed it.

Maybe when Mother Human went dry she so see it was utterly ridiculous to waste the cows left over milk when the calf was done nursing.

Of course, maybe it was perfectly innocent and some dude was just lying down, a cow walked over him, the breeze hit her udder, and all the milk fell right in his mouth, then he woke up and was like, "OMGWTF! ...Wait. this shit is pretty fucking good."
