What sucks more than a film where..

It sucks worse if it's real life instead of a movie. Vigilantes aren't after justice, they seek vengeance - which makes them just as evil as the miscreants they hunt.

The film is not bad for that [i]very[/i] reason, it makes you indignant, except your rage is at the movie instead of the people who would do such a thing. It presents something to you, maybe it's not necessarily meant to be "liked"? At least not in its traditional sense.

When a prosecutor work diligently to prosecute a guy for killing his wife and then the poor guys gets executed. Only to find out the wife is not dead and she framed her husband.

Okay, it doesn't suck because the husband was a wife beater.
