No Notifications

Does anyone else have this problem?

My notification settings keep changing.
I don't like the pop ups but don't mind the sound and it keeps altering without me pressing anything.
Also now I have to check notifications even if it's for the sane post or mark all as read. It's annoying is there no filter?
