I try not to notice that kind of thing. Like why is my mind so focused on this person, am I seriously considering whether they notice me or some shit? Sometimes I feel like I'm not even in control of my own thoughts. I think most people are deluded into thinking they have control over what they think. Part of my awareness is being in disagreement with what my own body thinks. Nobody can comprehend this for some reason. Like I am my body. I am a soul in a body. This is why I disagree with what my own body thinks.
