Why do people sound rude and abrasive when they speak the truth?

You don’t have to be assholes. Just be nice.

One of my cousins said one time, “If you’re going to ask for the truth, I’M GOING TO TELL THE TRUTH.” She sounded very rude.

If you’re going to tell the truth, DON’T BE RUDE!
