Either this guy has major brass balls or he is a idiot. He comes in trying to pull a scam. Okay that alone doesn't make him a idiot. What made everyone laugh was the parking lot was full of Police cars and they were all in the restaurant having lunch. Lol!!! Well the guy won't have to worry about getting a free dinner tonight.
