If you soaked one of your extremities in alchohol for an hour. Would you get drunk? 🤔

No. Unless you mean inserting an alcohol soaked tampon into the vagina. That will get a woman drunk, but it's extremely dangerous at many levels.

@WSEIII there are many types of alcohol actually, but according to the FDA, hand sanitizer usually contains ethanol, which is the alcohol used in alcoholic beverages.
