if we make transgender bathrooms do we need one for MtoF and one for FtoM?

no need for trans bathrooms, just have them use the bathroom that corresponds to the gender they've settled on. In fact, unisex bathrooms aren't a bad idea.

@popmol usually at the mall, they have a third bathroom with just a single toilet and it’s commonly used as a miscellaneous bathroom I guess you could say. It usually says “family bathroom” but people use it for whatever occasion. That’s like the closest unisex restroom I’ve seen

I like how it is already. People just need to stop being transphobic. If you don’t like sharing the bathroom with a trans person, just hurry up and get out. It’s real simple. A lot of things don’t need a big reaction towards.

Either unisex bathrooms or people simply using the bathroom of the gender they identify as. Many trans people look like the gender they've transitioned to and you would never know. They use the appropriate bathroom all the time. The "trans bathroom issue" is made-up BS.

No. If you have a penis you use the men’s bathroom. If you have a vagina you use the women’s bathroom. Hard to believe people don’t know there is only 2 genders. Archeological digs have only found male or female female skeletons.

There shouldn't be "transgender bathrooms" though (I don't personally know of any and I live in a super liberal college town). Trans people should continue using the bathroom that matches their gender identity. It's not an issue and it's only being made into one because of "culture war" (which is fundamentally a distraction).

@popmol Well, as far as I know, the only proposal for "trans bathrooms" wasn't about making a separate MtF or FtM one, for practical reasons. But the whole thing is impractical so it's difficult to speak of it in terms of practicality. Surely having four bathrooms to choose from with 50% of them appealing to around 1% of the population is the incredibly impractical, though.

There's no such thing as transgender. It doesn't matter how much you mutilate your body, how much make-up you wear and how fancy your dresses are, you'll always be a man and people would be able to tell just by your height and skeletal structure alone. Your DNA will always be male. It doesn't matter how you 'identify' subjectively. Your objective identification will always scientifically be male.
