@midnightrose When a person hires someone they look at what skills the other person has to offer not what the person is like

@TJNewton They look at more than skills. They want to see how you work with people and they ask about things other than job skills (strengths and weaknesses). Work ethic has a lot to do with what a person is like.

But that was just one example not the point.
