What's the biggest difference between Generation X and Millennials?

SW-User
Gen X individuals seem to be self deprecating whereas millennials seem to be self promoting.
The oldest one experienced face to face conversations.

Every generation has.

Birth year.

People change less than we think.

@InvaderNice: I should've clarified. By times, I also meant environment. For example, your generation is far more "digitized" than mine ever was. We had to adapt to something y'all were born into.

@KingofPizza: I'm not sure...
Gen X is like the Cher or Madonna of Generations. We were so fabulous we only needed one name LOL

@LucyFuhr: I see. Makes sense!

A certain self-entitlement.

Plus, I had to walk uphill both ways, in the snow, barefoot to school.

You think you had it bad?
I had to take public transportation ;)

Hell smells like a hot, sweaty city bus at 4PM in an industrial zone LOL

What I noticed most between my children and me is a lack of imagination. All their toys did things. All the stuff designed for young children didn't require them to imagine. As they got older and around other kids there was a distinct sense of entitlement that I found alarming as well. It simply is not a good thing to raise a child as the center of your world.

Gen X'ers are discovering that they must work to get what they want...Millennials have yet to realize that...
InvaderNice · 26-30, M
Lol yes they do, in the same proportion.
