Does anyone keep a gratitude journal

Or something they use to remind them selves to be grateful for each day? If you do record it what do you think about all thane days of being grateful and why?

Isn't it supposed to be that you keep a journal for 20 days or so and each day you write something in it that you are grateful for, but you are not allowed to repeat anything. It is a happiness exercise.

No, I don't. I work with developmentally disabled folks. They have taught me that I have so much to be grateful for in my life.

What does gratitude mean

That's a good question to begin with. What have you come up with so far? What does it mean to you?

@jupiterberries: That'd be interesting. How are you planning on promoting SW on the news? And why have you decided to do this?

When I'm wise my journal becomes one. I should do this now.

No. I find it to be rather pointless. Do you really have to write it down in order to be grateful or could you not just actually know what you are grateful for and think on it daily?...btw...not all days and moments are filled with things to be grateful for and I do not think people need to be grateful all the damn time in order to somehow be fulfilled in life.
