Do u get scared at night when u don't get sleep?
I do. I either feel some zombie will bite my feet or some ghostly figure will try to scare me. I also feel some zombie or vampire will break the windows and attack me.

@vvsrocks13 Haha no I'm ok, thanks. But seriously if the fear is so bad it keeps you up all night and if you start getting other beliefs that other people would find weird I would encourage seeking help.
Now that I'm on meds I don't get the fear at night anymore.
