@SW-User thanks, will do my best. Loom calorie crops like corn potatoes and squash. Other veggies are a good bet for minerals and vitamins

@Lostpoet tomatoes and cucumbers in the trays, in the pots are kumquat and oranges.i had them started before this whole fiasco started. Else where I have squash and zucchini planted but they haven鈥檛 sprouted yet
