Did you ever "outgrow" a type of music or musician/band? Why?

I remember being super into marilyn manson when I was in middleschool/highschool. Nowadays I could care less and don't particularly enjoy anything he does or has did anymore. I guess I just find it too lame and gimmicky and it kinda ruins it for me.
