have you ever attempted suicide ? what in the world could lead you to do it ???

I have never went through with it, (obviously!) but it is something that has crossed my mind in the past. Thankfulyl, I got the help I needed to try to combat those thoughts.

Some people will never understand how painful the existence can be. Ive lost a close person this way. It sucks. Leaves deep scars in your soul.

I failed both times and ended up in the hospital. I don't want to talk about why.

A break up and the fact that I had drank an epic fuck ton of alcohol. Seemed like a good idea to swallow some pills. Next thing I know I'm being resuscitated. 5 years later I'm standing on a bridge looking down at some train tracks. I had married the wrong person and she was ruining my life. Now 3 years into divorce proceedings I kinda wish I'd have died the first time. Now I'm just waiting on the booze to destroy my liver I guess.

Hugely depressed and in grip of addiction.
Going back to addiction would be an obvious trigger, just considering it before was a trigger to suicidal thoughts.

I thought about it when I was younger....but never committed to it.
I decided I wasn’t suicidal.

An analogy of what it was mentally for me: it was like being trapped inside a car running wildly at high speed, with no way of controlling it, and bound to crash, but the idea of the crash was so terrifying, that there was only a way out...

Just read yesterday a girl committed suicide because a photo of her crying was photoshopped in a meme and shared by a lot of people. This was in PNG though

Well I haven't yet, but it's an emptiness. Lack of wants and desire, lack of everything really. It's a miserable existence.

I haven't. But I have lost many people because of suicide.

Yes, when I was much younger. The event prompting the attempt was the loss of my husband and son in a car accident.
