On a scale of 1-10 how sick and tired are you of being lonely ?

10. I talk with my therapist every single week about being lonely. She pretty much says the same thing every time.

Like a 7. I crave intimacy and relationships with others but at the same time I only really feel like myself when I’m alone.

I’m not lonely in the slightest. I literally want to be alone right now I’ve cancelled all plans due to that. 😐😑

I've had enough of people for the day tbh
