What do you know about night terrors?

My brother is having them badly to the point where he screams and shakes in his sleep. Why do they happen? How can I help?

Nothing

I have learned to tolerate them on my own.

It's like losing a limb I feel. Instead of looking at it as a disease , I feel like people have no choice but to develop tools to deal with it

@midnightsun that's true if it's an ongoing problem.

I had them as a child when I had a fever. My son had them when he had a fever. Has your brother got a fever?

@KaiserSolze no its pretty common his ex was telling me about it and when he passes out on the couch I notice
KaiserSolze · 46-50, F
@Mmagirl he's got something on his mind. Something happened that disturbs him is my guess but it could be anything.

I get them too. I haven't found anything that helps quite yet.
