Has anyone ever answered out loud or even held conversations with the thoughts in your head? I've caught myself doing that, I'll be thinking something or a question will pop into my mind and I will actually answer verbally.😄

Yes. This is most often what talking to myself is. Conversations in my head, with a few audible responses
